The nine-story Marriott's OceanWatch Villas at Grand Dunes invites guests to absorb the sun and relax in one of two outdoor adult pools and jetted tub. Younger guests will enjoy splashing around in the dedicated children's pool. A modern, fully equipped fitness center provides guests with the latest in cardiovascular and weight training technology. A children's activity center provides supervised planned activities for younger guests.
Marriott's OceanWatch Villas at Grand Dunes features spacious two bedroom, two bathroom luxury guest villas with elegantly furnished separate living and dining areas. Guest villas offer fully equipped kitchens with microwave ovens, conventional ovens and refrigerators with icemakers, dishwashers, and utility rooms with washers and dryers. Master bedrooms feature king beds and oversized soaking tubs, and guest bedrooms offer two queen beds. Villas offer an ocean or garden view.

Marriott's OceanWatch at Grande Dunes is under construction. The first of five buildings has been completed and construction is proceeding on the second building and parking garage. Parking at this time is limited. Shuttle service is available from the parking area to a covered construction walkway that leads to the villa building. The walk is approximately two minutes. KEEP GOING STRAIGHT ON 82ND UNTIL KINGS HIGHWAY *BUSINESS 17* THE NEXT STOPLIGHT AND GO STRAIGHT. IN SOME OF THE AREAS THEY STILL CALL IT KINGS HIGHWAY. THE SITE IS ON THE RIGHT.
