- Check In Procedure Guests must check in at our office in Freshfields Shopping Village. Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is 10am. Rooms are not guaranteed to be available before 4 pm delays may occur due to cleaning or maintenance issues. Minimum age required for check-in is 25. - After Hours Check In Procedure The front desk is staffed from 730 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week. Guests arriving after 8 pm must call our office at 1-843-5000 ext. 3300 before 7 pm the day of arrival to make arrangements for a late check-in. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. |
